Spreadsheet Templates

The sample spreadsheet templates in this database provide tools to calculate and compile HR metrics and various types of HR and other business reports. These templates use a standard spreadsheet program. They are downloadable and executable files with basic formulas included. Although these are copyrighted, SHRM members may freely use these templates to create or change their own spreadsheets.

These forms are interactive with Excel. For information on how to export to Excel and to acquaint you with or refresh your knowledge of Excel basics, click here.
